More Video about Coworking
Posted April 24th, 2009 by brianJeff Cohen, aka Digital Papercuts, came by the space last week and we had lunch. After a nice meal at Neal's Deli Jeff shot some video. He used the amazing Flip HD camera. This gadget is really small but makes a nice 740p HD vid.
So here is more from me going on about Coworking. :)

Starting a no-cost (or low-cost) consulting business
Posted April 20th, 2009 by brianFriday, May 8, 7pm to 8pm, Carrboro Creative Coworking
If you have technical skills to offer and you have considered starting a business but didn't know how to go about it, this session is for you. After a short presentation on the basics, professionals from the nationally respected nonprofit SCORE will facilitate a discussion and answer your questions. Continuing help for your new business is available free from SCORE at locations around the area, too. Join us to get your business started on a shoestring and network with people who can join forces with you for larger projects than you can handle alone.
The audience for this presentation would be people with technical skills such as computer programming, graphic arts, technical writing, and so on. These people could begin consulting businesses immediately with low risk and low initial investment.
Registration limited to 15. Please use the form bellow or this page to register. I'm sorry. This class has reached it's registration limit.
