Unfortunately Carrboro Creative Coworking may not open October 1. I just found out there are several items that need to be completed *before* I can get a business license from the Town of Carrboro. The majority of them can only be done by my landlord. I *hope* these things will be resolved very soon. In the mean time please come by and check out the space. A lot has changed. The furniture is here, the internet is speedy, the A/V is working, and the coffee is hot. As soon as I have the business license I'll let you know. This was a hard post to write. I am so ready to open.

Yesterday Sherry and her coworker from FeatureTel came over to deliver our Cisco IP phones. I got a great training on how to use these awesome devices. This company has been wonderful to work with. Their VOIP telephone service is going to be a important part of doing business here at CCC. Not just for CCC itself but for all our Office Coworkers who subscribe to this service.

UNC student run newspaper The Daily Tar Heel has another article about CCC in todays edition. They were one of the first to report on my idea last September.
