Lean Startup Circle RTP March Meetup

Have you heard of the Lean Startup? It's a group of methods for starting and running a business, and it has its roots in lean manufacturing, customer development and agile methodology. We're kicking off with a primer on Lean Startups by Nathaniel Talbott of Terralien; no need to bring anything except a desire to learn.

As part of this first meeting we'll be soliciting feedback on where you'd like to see the group go, so come armed with any suggestions or thoughts you have.

Friend of CCC and social media maven Wayne Sutton has a new venture, its called TriOut, a location-based iPhone app just for the Triangle area of North Carolina. Founded by Lawrence Ingraham, TriOut looks to provide a lot of value to local businesses. They're having a launch party at the Research Triangle Park headquarters. You'll like this place. Getting there

Carrboro Creative Coworking (CCC) is located in downtown Carrboro and is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops. The address is:

205 Lloyd St, STE 101, Carrboro, NC 27510

After turning on Lloyd St, CCC will be on your left just past Rice's Glass. The sign reads "The Lloyd Street Office Center." You can park in the lot immediately in front of the building or, if space is limited, there's additional parking beside the building (just turn into the main parking lot and continue straight to the gravel parking area).
